Missing Content…What Gives?

Readers may notice that some content is missing or altered since the last time you visited. We have been reminded of sections of our web host’s terms of service, which dictates what may and may not exist on their customers’ websites. Some of our content does not adhere to those terms.

We are in the process of ensuring that all content complies with the terms of service. There are two sections, in particular, that we are striving to follow. They are:

“PROHIBITED USES
04 Profanity. Profanity or profane subject matter in the site content and in the domain name are prohibited.
14 Obscene, Defamatory, Abusive or Threatening Language. Use of the Services to store, post, transmit, display or otherwise make available obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language is prohibited.”

This governs not only content that we create but also content that you, the reader, provide which may include, but is not limited to, comments and blog articles.

We are committed to providing a friendly and enjoyable environment within the scope of our host’s terms of service.

    That’s weird, Bluehost only seemed to care about really bad stuff. Must have been pretty rough.

      I don’t know why the web host’s ToS was crafted as it is but we are retroactively adjusting all content that may have not fully adhered to the letter of the agreement so that it does fully comply with every word and comma.
