We have Blue Host, our web hosting company, looking into the issue to help us resolve this. At worst we will remove the Postini protection. This overzealous “protection” is much worse than the few spam that was received.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
The e-mail is now working. Please send all e-mail to [email protected] like before. In fact, if you would send us a test e-mail we’d appreciate it. Postini was a little overzealous and we want to make sure all legitimate e-mails get through.
Postini is fine, always was. You implemented it incorrectly. Man up and take the blame.
Mike thank you for taking the time to comment. You are correct that Postini didn’t cause the problem but the problem is with Postini.
The fault actually resides with Bluehost who did not properly synchronize the Postini installation with our e-mail address. Or so we were told by a Bluehost support technician (who promptly resolved the issue).
We appreciate your input and if we were at fault we would, as you say, “man up and take the blame.” However, we were not at fault.
Postscript to this story is….we now LOVE Postini!
